The work that Thrive has done in the Borough of Stockton on Tees over the last few years is now outgrowing its base. So many of the issues Thrive works on are issues facing people on a much wider basis. So this ChangeMakers initiative is now working across Teesside and engaging with a range of local organisations to build more power for change.
